How to synchronize AirBnb's Reviews with RentalBell
RentalBell allows you to showcase verified AirBnb guest reviews directly on your website through an easy-to-use widget. You can customize layout, style, and rating filters to match your brand — no manual updates needed.
Here’s how to connect your AirBnb property reviews with your rental on RentalBell.
Step 1: Add Your AirBnb Property URL
Copy the AirBnb property URL from your AirBnb listing page.
(Example: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678)
In RentalBell, click on Reviews tab under your selected rental.
Paste the URL into the Property URL box and click Save
💡 Tip: Only the base URL before “?” is needed. RentalBell automatically trims extra parameters.
Step 2: Wait for Review Sync
Once you add the URL, RentalBell immediately starts collecting reviews in the background.
You’ll see a message:
We are collecting your reviews. This can take a few minutes.
When ready, your reviews will automatically appear on the Reviews tab.
Step 3: Customize Your Review Widget
Click Widget Creator on the Reviews page to customize how your reviews appear.

Notes & Tips
Only one AirBnb property URL can be linked to a single rental.
You can edit or update your AirBnb URL anytime from the Edit Rental page under Customer Reviews.
Reviews are refreshed daily via an automated sync process.
Basic users will see “Powered by RentalBell” in the widget footer.

Permitted usage of the RentalBell platform is limited to short term rental of residential or commercial properties that you are legally permitted to rent out for sub 30 day stays. Any other uses are impermissible. Any illegal activity sanctioned by your business in the destination of your property or any activities deemed illegal by the province of British Columbia are cause for immediate termination of your RentalBell account and will result in information being shared with local authorities in destination. Illegal activities prohibited include, but are not limited to theft, fraud, prostitution and human trafficking.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on RentalBell’s web site are provided “as is”. RentalBell makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, RentalBell does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
